Beyond Philosophy

2001 Beyond Philosophy™ founded by Colin Shaw, now recognized as the world's leading expert in Customer Experience.
2002 First Book launched; Building Great Customer Experiences, in September 2002, selling out after only six weeks, receiving great reviews from both sides of the Atlantic.

2003 Beyond Philosophy expansion begins with the recruitment of our first employee. Beyond Philosophy enter new partnership.

2004 Second book launched; Revolutionize Your Customer Experience. We crossed the Atlantic and opened our first Office in Florida and Beyond Philosophy Inc was born.
Naïve to Natural Model launched.

2006 Due to continued expansion in the States we moved to Atlanta and opened our second office.

2007 Third Book launched; The DNA of Customer Experience: How Emotions Drive Value, in UK in May 2007 and sold out in 4 weeks prior to the US launch in June 2007.

2009 Beyond Philosophy Partnership agreement with aAdvantage (Singapore)
