| 2002 | First Book launched; Building Great Customer Experiences, in September 2002, selling out after only six weeks, receiving great reviews from both sides of the Atlantic. |
| 2003 | Beyond Philosophy expansion begins with the recruitment of our first employee. Beyond Philosophy enter new partnership. |
| 2004 | Second book launched; Revolutionize Your Customer Experience. We crossed the Atlantic and opened our first Office in Florida and Beyond Philosophy Inc was born. Naïve to Natural Model launched. |
| 2006 | Due to continued expansion in the States we moved to Atlanta and opened our second office. |
| 2007 | Third Book launched; The DNA of Customer Experience: How Emotions Drive Value, in UK in May 2007 and sold out in 4 weeks prior to the US launch in June 2007. |
