Kalina Janevska is a Consultant with Beyond Philosophy. Her Customer Experience expertise is focused on identifying and analysing the emotional and subconscious aspects of the consumer-business interaction, as well as applying quantifiable research to demonstrate the link between emotions and customer attitude and behaviour. Her background involves organisational assessment of companies' customer centricity, as well as developing and conducting tailored customer experience training for clients that needed to embed the customer experience approach in their culture.
Kalina has worked across variety of sectors and companies such as Roche, American Express, Assurant Health, Barclaycard, Stena Line etc.
Prior to joining Beyond Philosophy, she worked in the Government of Republic of Macedonia where she was involved in managing and overseeing the public administration reform strategy focused on improving aspects of the government-citizens interaction and touch points experience. |
Zhecho Dobrev is a Consultant at Beyond Philosophy . His customer
experience expertise lies in project management, strategy development and customer retention. His experience is centered on initiating and executing projects, training on teams and facilitating group sessions as well as performing sophisticated analysis for companies such as Roche, Maresk, Assurant Health, Barclaycard, Stena Line, etc. His experience cuts across a variety of sectors (e.g., shipping, government, pharmaceuticals, financial services, travel and tourism) and geographies - he has worked internationally across Europe and the USA.
Prior to joining the Beyond Philosophy, Zhecho worked at the Ministry of Education and Science in Bulgaria where he was managed aspects of European Union Structural Fund projects. He has an MBA from the University of Bedfordshire and a Masters in International Relations from Sofia University.
