Beyond Philosophy™ founded by Colin Shaw, now recognised as the world's leading expert in Customer Experience.

2002 First Book

First Book launched; Building Great Customer Experiences, in September 2002, selling out after only six weeks, receiving great reviews from both sides of the Atlantic.

Introduction of Seven Philosophies of Building a Great Customer Experience launched.

2003 First Employee

Beyond Philosophy expansion begins with the recruitment of our first employee. Beyond Philosophy enter new partnership.

2004 Second Book

Second book launched; Revolutionize Your Customer Experience. We crossed the Atlantic and opened our first Office in Florida and Beyond Philosophy Inc was born.

Naïve to Natural

Naïve to Natural Model launched.

2005 Turnover

Saw Beyond Philosophy's turnover grow from a 6 figure turnover in 2002 to a seven figure turnover.

2006 Atlantic

Due to continued expansion in the States we moved to Atlanta and opened our second office.

2007 Third Book

Third Book launched; The DNA of Customer Experience: How Emotions Drive Value, in UK in May 2007 and sold out in 4 weeks prior to the US launch in June 2007.
