Colin has over 25 years experience of working with National, International and Global Consulting organisations in the rationalising of systems and processes together with the associated change management required to ensure smooth and successful implementation of customer centric projects.

Having been involved in Sales, Marketing, Operations and Finance at board level within a number of organisations and market sectors. Colin brings a wealth of business acumen and experience. The combination of different cultures, systems and processes allows Colin to see the issues relating to improved 'Customer Experience' from all angles.
