I just had a look at your webinar/podcast and found it fascinating, thank you very much.
I’d like to find out if there is such a thing as a recognised or credited association of practitioners of this type of research methodology. The reason I ask is that even though NPS is relatively straight forward it seems that low barriers to entry open it up for abuse. On the other hand I’d imagine that this requires quite a lot more experience & ability to apply. Correct?
