Executive coaching or being held on retainer, is all about having an expert at the end of a phone that you can call on to help you make the organization more Customer centric and be the ‘wise owl’, offer advice and guidance. We find many clients simply want an expert to talk to, someone to bounce ideas off, or someone to act as a sounding board. Many clients use us to help their senior executives understand what Customer Experience is about and how they can begin to change the culture. 

We start by understanding the requirement of the organization. Then we set a plan of coaching with each person. This can be face-to-face meetings, or coaching over the phone. In addition this can also be ad hoc requests when problems arise or as and when information is required. 

With some organizations we have become part of their virtual team, a non-executive member of the team whose role it is to be the voice of the Customer.
